Trigun Basic Storyline
Vash the Stampede- aka: The Humanoid Typhoon-the man with the 60 billion double dollar bounty on his head. People tremble in fear when they his name. Vash the Stampede has the worst reputation around. But, amazingly, Vash has never killed a person before in his life! To bad nobody knows the truth. Vash just tries to be a normal guy, but he cant seem to be left alone. Lots of people try to kill him for the bounty, but no one can seem to get Vash. Soon, Vash meets up with two women from the Bernadelli Insurance Society: Meryl Strife (aka: Derringer Meryl) and Milly Thompson (aka: Stun-gun Milly). They are sent out by the insurance company to follow Vash and make sure he doesn't cause anymore damage to cities. After a while, Vash, Meryl, and Milly spot a priest who is about to die of heat in the desert. It is (guess who) Nicholas D. Wolfwood (Meghan shouts with glee!). Soon after, weird things keep happening to Vash. A strange man named Legato is sending out mercinaries, who are all part of a deadly gang called the Gung-Ho Guns, to try to assassin Vash. Can the Humanoid Typhoon stay alive against the Gung-Ho guns and Legato? Who is Vash, and where did he come from? Can Meryl and Milly keep their sanity as the travel with Vash and Wolfwood?! Vash the Stampede
The humanoid typhoon himself! Mr. Vash the Stampede! He has a 60 billion bounty on his head. Vash is really a big goof... he is nice to everyone he meets, even people trying to kill him for the bounty. He is known for his great aim and for escaping even the most impossable situations. His past is somewhat of a mystery, but is explained in the end of the series. His best friend is Nicholas D. Wolfwood. They seem to work very well as a team, especially when they are fighting large groups of people. |

Nicholas D. Wolfwood
He is so kawaii! Anyway, Wolfwood is a very in-depth character. He is a traveling priest who caries a huge cross on his back. Later, Wolfie uses the cross as a huge weapon, which is called the Cross Punisher. At first, it is used by the arms opening up, and 8 handguns being inside. Later on, it is used as a machine-gun type of weapon (out of the base), and a rocket launcher (out of the top). Nick Wolfwood likes to smoke. He smokes ALOT! You can almost always see him smoking. When things are looking bad, he seems to smoke even more than normal. He also enjoys drinking alot. Another odd thing about this religious man is that he is a murderer. So many, in fact, he feels his "sins are too heavy" and that there is no point of redemption for him. His past is a very dark one. But, it is a spoiler, so I wont go into it here. What a priest! |
